Permission Code Requests
For undergraduate and graduate courses, please submit a permission code request form using the button below. The form will ask for information about why you are requesting a permission code (late add, independent studies/directed readings, internships, thesis research hours, etc.).
Please complete it in full. Your request should be addressed within 3 business days.

DO I NEED A PERMISSION CODE?
- Is the class full?
- Are you registering during the second week of classes?
- Are you a graduate student wanting to register for thesis research hours, internship credit, or directed readings?
- Are you trying to register in two classes with a time overlap?
- Are you taking courses as a non-degree seeking student?
- Are you an HB60 student?
- No - add yourself to the waitlist. You will not need a permission code to do so.
